Missouri Southern State University is currently seeking candidates for a tenure track Assistant Professor position in the Biology and Environmental Health Department starting August 2021 in Joplin, Missouri. Successful candidates should be prepared to teach fundamental courses in biology, molecular biology, and genetics. The position requires a demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence and advising at the undergraduate level. A Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or Genetics or a related field is preferred; however, candidates who are ABD will be considered.
