Position Summary:   Provide research based instruction to assist student demonstration of success

Obtain and maintain MO DESE AEL teacher certification. Obtain a minimum of 20 professional development hours each year. Complete a two-year mentoring program. Attend all local and state required workshops/training. Provide evidence based instruction that includes

• Experience—teaching experience preferred
• Education—Bachelor Degree from accredited four-year institution
• Needed Skills—excellent communication skills
